1. Warranty Coverage

Ultreon AI warrants that its hardware components (excluding software, AI models, and accessories) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Coverage includes:

• Hardware components:

  • AI accelerators, processors, memory modules, storage devices, power supply units, cooling systems, and casing.

  • Custom-designed AI server chassis and locally built hardware.

• Repair or replacement:

  • Defective hardware will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished components at Ultreon AI’s discretion.

  • Replacement units will be provided only if the original hardware is irreparable.

Exclusions:

• Software, AI models, and firmware:

  • Open-source LLM models (e.g., from Google, Meta, Alibaba, Deepseek) and proprietary AI assistants (e.g., Lifestyle AI, Legal AI) are not covered under this warranty.

  • Updates, patches, or reconfiguration of AI models are the customer’s responsibility.

• Normal wear and tear:

  • Damage from dust accumulation, overheating due to improper ventilation, or physical misuse.

• Accidental damage:

  • Drops, spills, electrical surges, or modifications not performed by Ultreon AI or authorized service providers.

• Custom configurations:

  • Hardware modifications, overclocking, or non-standard installations.

• Business use beyond standard parameters:

  • Servers used in commercial environments exceeding the stated capacity

2. Warranty Duration

• The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (as evidenced by the receipt or invoice).

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Business Editions sold through IT solution partners are subject to the same terms, with proof of purchase from an authorized reseller.

Step 2: Provide Proof of Purchase

• Original invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.

Step 3: Return or Ship the Product

Step 4: Resolution

• Depending on availability of replacement parts and labour, servicing will be completed as soon as possible.

• Customers will be notified of the resolution (repair, replacement) via email.

4. Warranty Void if:

• The product has been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

• The warranty has been tampered with or removed.

• The product was purchased outside of authorized channels (e.g., unauthorized resellers).

• The product is used for purposes outside its intended use (e.g., industrial or server farm applications).

5. Limitations of Liability

• Ultreon AI is not liable for:

  • Consequential damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption, or lost profits).

  • Software or AI-related issues (e.g., performance of AI assistants or compatibility with third-party apps).

  • Costs incurred during warranty claims (e.g., shipping, labor, or downtime).

6. Extended Warranty Options

• Ultreon AI offers optional extended warranty plans (e.g., 2 or 3 years) for an additional fee.

• Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of initial purchase or within 30 days of delivery.

7. Compliance with Singapore Law

• This warranty complies with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Warranty and Guarantees Regulations.

• In the event of a dispute, the courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction.
